I have just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable weekend in South Wales learning the basics of wild herbal healing. We were under canvas and yes, it was VERY wet, windy and wild but it didn''t spoil the weekend at all. I have come home with my enthusiasm for the gifts of our wonderful native trees and plants rekindled, eager to start experimenting with creams, healing teas and natural beauty products.

Lepidolite is a soft and very lovely crystal comprised mainly of mica coloured with Lithium.
It is usually found in either as a grainy massive or in a flaky metallic form. Its colour ranges from pink, purple & lavender to greyish-white. The lilac massive form from Africa is increasingly popular. |

We are all born with powerful wings to carry us through life easily and effortlessly. But as we grow, we forget these wings. Instead of the fabulous physical experience of joy, love and abundance, for which life was created, it becomes a struggle. We forget how life is intended to be.
In this workshop we will begin to rediscover our wings, learning how they help us to fly to our dreams and effective ways to awaken them, with plenty of exercises, meditations and discussion.
